Drawing from her athletic background and team sport experience, she understands the value of therapy for rehabilitation and improving soft tissue function.

As the owner of Essential Hideaway, Erin leads with a commitment to quality care and a passion for helping clients move and feel better

Taylor Weeden

Taylor graduated from McKay Career Training in January 2017 and approaches massage therapy with deep passion and purpose. She believes that intentional, focused treatment is key to enhancing overall well-being and helping clients feel their best.

Taylor’s sessions are highly targeted and thoughtfully designed to address specific areas of tension and pain. Combining Swedish and therapeutic techniques, she specializes in trigger point therapy and deep tissue work to release tight muscles, improve mobility, and promote lasting relief.

She is deeply committed to guiding others on their journey to healing through holistic approaches. Payge is registered with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada.
